Change of Season Means Changes in Skin Care

Do you feel the summer coming to an end where you live? Here in Florida it's not by the temperature changing, well maybe 99 to 89 :), but it's our kids starting their school year. Summer vacation is over. Hope you remembered to apply sunscreen daily, especially those beach and pool days. Now is when the tan fades and you notice just what summer has done to your skin, weather it's over exposure to sun, and/or the pool chlorine. 
It's time to reevaluate your skin care. Change of season means change for your skin as well. We look to correct and care. So here are our tips:

Exfoliate: Using a gentle sugar scrub is key for correction and care. You are exfoliating dead dry skin, rejuvenating the skin, bringing your beautiful glowing skin back.

Eye care: Maybe we didn't get enough sleep on vacation, squinting while playing in the beach, needed to hydrate more than we did. Correct and care with eye serum that allows for cellular repair and hydration.

Hydrate: Correct the summer dry skin, and continue to care by smoothing on ultra hydration for the cooler months ahead. I would recommend a body butter, and the best time to apply is right after showering.

Sunday, September 22nd is the first day of Fall

 Sunday, September 22nd is the first day of fall my friends!
 What things say "it's fall" to you? When we lived up north it was, the cool crisp air, wardrobe changes from tank tops to sweaters, sandals to boots, the leaves changing colors.
 It's still 90 degrees here in FL! So, now its when Starbucks serves Pumpkin Lattes.Ha Ha Ha!
 It may not feel like Fall outside, but we can bring a bit of Autumn in our homes.
