Sarah and I went on many school field trips to historical spots, like the quaint Southold Indian Museum. Are you fascinated by light houses? Montauk Lighthouse at the end of the island is a must. Our favorite part of Long Island… the beaches, whether it’s the bay, the sound, or the ocean, that is where true relaxation is home, in our humble opinion anyway.  The fresh seaside air! Pack up your sunblock, water, beach chair, and your favorite book and chill. Before walking back up to the beach house, find that perfect shell or smooth stone to take home.
