Fall Pumpkin Dip

It's Fall and that means it is Pumpkin time. Here is a delicious recipe of a fall pumpkin dip. Easy and yummy. It just awaits apples, pears, gingersnaps or whatever you fancy. Bring this appetizer to a party and enjoy it with family and friends.

(A little secret…I use fat free cream cheese. I don’t think anyone can tell the difference, and that helps make this dip pretty low cal and packed with fiber and beta-carotene.)

Enjoy!
